Well, we did decied to buy and we had already PAID FOR my M. Toulouse, and we paid the lady, and we gave her 3 WEEKS to get it here(she was in the same state). Well, at the end of the 3 weeks we called her and emailed her many many times. No answer. Finally she emailed back saying 'i didnt know you paid, to what acount and what is your address?'
OMG lady we talked about it FOREVER and everything. so basically my mom flipped at her and demanded her money back. This was the beauty (xD)

Man i wanted that saddle.

BUt

we went to this lady a town over who just opened her own used tack buisness, and found 4 suitable ones. Not perfect, but worth trying out. So,, in about a week she is bringing 4 out to try out on MJ and maybe chaps. I want a close contact, i think, but she thinks an AP would be more suitable. ANYWAYS, i didnt get pics of them, but ill describe them and if you know ANYTHING about any of them, please say something :)

1st-

Why does the tack lady think that an AP will suit better than CC?  Which do you like better in terms of feel?  I like the feel of the CC better for myself, but the AP can be really comfy.  Don't just take her advice-find out why she thinks an AP will suit better.

I like the pics of the first and second ones better, but it really should come down to how you feel in them and how you fit in that saddle.

First of all, Welcome :)

And she said, since i dont show to to much (next year hopefully about 6-7 times), and only jump with MJ 2 times a week and not to high(really no higher than 2'6, rarely a bit higher), and i trail ride alot and do lots of flat work. But idk...gots to think.

^^ you should look at eventing saddles(i know their like practicly the same as APs)

anyway, its a bummer you didnt get that saddle! it was nice! but you can get a eventing OR AP that is more focused on flat work, but is still easy to jump in.. before you buy anything, have a saddle fitter look at your horse, so you can be sure the saddle you want will work for you and your horse.

Dressage, its more then a sport, its a passion. Sabrina&Saber, the world's next Eventing stars.

when you sit in the saddle, and it feels like nothing else matters then you know your ment to be a horseback rider.

if you've ever ridden in pajamas without shoe's, fallen off a horse, jumped over jump just because you wanted, and spent the entire day cleaning your horse for the horse show, then you can call yourself a real horseback rider.:)

I would go with a CC you are jumping twice a week and you may want to go higher. My cc works just fine for flat work, and an all purpose saddle teaches you to jump in the wrong position.

Have siggy need to put it up :]

I personally would get a close contact, but I prefer cc saddles.  I don't really care much for AP saddles.
