| | So, my half chaps are disgusting, and I've never had to wash them before. Is there a certain way they need to be washed or something? I don't want to shrink them or anything. They're Ovation, if that helps at all. Thanks.

| It was an accident but I sunk all of the way up to my knees in the river which is now mud when trying to catch Shadow and the chaps were covered in mud. My Dad just sprayed them with the hose and we left them out to dry in the sun. Or else wash them in the washingmachine and leave them in the sun or another warm place to dry.

| If they're suede, use a suede cleaner, or just hose them off (not the best, but it works) If they're leather, wipe all the dirt off, then use saddle soap and conditioner to make them pretty. If they're synthetic suede/leather, either wash them in the washing machine, or hose them off.

| I would let them hang outside on a closeline or folllow the wash instructions on the inside of your chaps. If you still dont know what to do,check the box/bag your chaps came in.And if you'rew still lost, call the tackshop you bought them from.
