So I got a Jolly Stall Snack holder/treat combination as a gift, but I can't figure out how to get the plastic off the lick part lol. It said to hold it upside down and pat it till the treat part came down but I've been trying for like 10mins and can't get it so a little help would be greatly appreciated, especially by Medallion.
It's this-

Also, I've been riding Jackie in her English bridle lately, but she won't stop very well in a snuffle, so I put her regular bit on the English one, and took the chain off of it because of the cavason (sp), but is it ok to use this type for English and if not, what would be the English equivalent?
It's this except with a chain which I took off-

1. This is a shanked snaffle
2. Most of the time it is used for training/practing western
3. Most bits used for english are the d-ring or eggbutt snaffle, there are also full cheek and twisted snaffles.
4.

these are bits that the aqha recommend.

Can't think of anything else at the moment. Here is a hyperlink to the image.
