Photography: the art or practice of taking and processing photographs.
Snapshot: an informal photograph taken quickly, typically with a small handheld camera.

I dont want to come across as harsh, but what you have here is snapshots - not photography. The first issue is the quality of the photos. All the ones you posted are really grainy, blurry, and look like they were taken with a cell phone. If you really want to take a crack at photography, I suggest you invest in some sort of camera. It doesnt even need to be an expensive camera - just one that can take descent quality photos.

Next, you really need to work on composition. A "selfy" like the first photo *really* is not a type of photography. Any time you intend to take a photo of yourself or of another person, composition is everything. You need to consider lighting, spacing, focus, background, clothing choice, and so many other things, I could go on and on.

The picture of the driveway actually wouldnt be so bad, if you kept in mind the rule of thirds and the rule of lines. Any line in any photo should be used to bring the viewer's eye to a certain part, be it from one corner to another or an endless line into space. This has neither and is not cropped or placed in an effective manner.

I think that is sufficient to give you a good idea of where to go. If you would like more, just ask. Again, I dont mean to sound harsh - I just want to see you take a turn towards having success with photography if it is something you are enjoying up to this point.

. : We've always been told what we couldn't do, but we defied them all : .

Okay thanks! I'm in the process of getting a new camera although I'm not sure what you mean by thirds though.

If they make you happy then that's all good, but like as was said above these are just snapshots, like ones that are probably done with a point and shoot. Classes to photograph are helpful, and upgrading to nicer cameras is also something that will help as well. If you have any photography questions I'd be happy to help; my sister is a semi-pro photographer and she takes all my photos for me.

He's clueing for looks.

I'm definitely not the best for explaining that but here is a link that can.
