Sooooo. I went to the WEF today =D I mostly took videos, so Ill make something out of that at a later date, but I took a few pictures just to experiment with my camera. Please note that most of these were on at least 10x zoom, some 20x, and one on 50x. So Im happy with the outcome xD I dont know who any of these are, I dont remember and anyone I knew I videoed :P Sooo. But you can look at the pictures. And feel good about your heels ;) The jumpws were 4' 6".
Love his heels. His whole leg is just so connected :)

Water jump. So many horses spazzed at it :P

...this just looks painful xD I reeeeally hope he didnt connect with the pommel on the way down, he kinda stayed on the neck for a few strides after.
I WANTED TO GO AND MEET MJ LOVER BUT SHE WAS A MEANIE AND DIDNT ACTUALLY GO.
*Note- I'm NOT saying I could do better than any of these riders, obviously they're good if they can stay on and ride well over 4'6" jumps, it just makes me feel better about myself when I see the same mistakes I make being made by the pros so I figured it might make other people feel better too.

Ya that's the thing about all the pros. They seem to forget completely about eq. However I suppose it's hard to maintain that form when you are jumping over 4' 6" :D

You shouldve come D: Im pretty sure we got the best seats there and we got in for free xD AND HOLY CRAP WATCHING THE HUNTERS THEY HAD COUCHES. My shows don't have couches xD

If you actually think about it four feet six inches isnt really that high. I bet I could actually dive over it. Plus those pros really dont have th best form. Isnt that sad?

Yeah, its crazy o.O My old, old barn was like that. They had this.. Taj Mahal of a "tent and drape" setup. There was a WOOD FLOOR inside, with refrigerators, couches, TV... it was insane. Of course, that was where they all hung out while the grooms did everything for them... >.>

....it's fairly high. Especially since a lot of the horses there today were between 15hh-16hh. It's only a foot shorter than me...if I had to walk a course of jumps that came up to my shoulders, I'd be turning the other way xD Right now anyways, its not gonna happen. Its pretty big.

Haha well I probably never will xD Forever doomed to be the one walking around with a camera in shorts and a t-shirt and have all the girls walking around looking at you and wondering why you arent wearing breeches and boots. I hate feeling like a tourist.
