They are pretty, but it's kind of hard to look at because your style is so abstract. I like it keep it up! ;)

I may not make perfect banners, or even super good ones, but I'm pretty good at pointing out things to improve upon, and I know how much some quality advice can really improve you. I'll try to not be harsh, but if I am, don't take it personally, I'm just not used to sugar coating things. xD
1). I usually hate it when people mess with the colors like that, but I actually don't loathe this one. :P Crop it though, you don't need all that excess space of nothing interesting at the top and bottom. I really, really, dislike the text. The color has absolutely nothing to do with the picture. The font is so overused and the text looks like it had no thought in the placement. Try something different and creative for the font and try to make the placement of the text flow better with the overall image. Also, thick borders rarely do a banner justice; a thin, plain black border looks best.
2). I really hate rounded corners unless you put borders on them(the thin black type) and can get it so that there aren't little white squares on every corner. Extremely dislike what you did with the color balance on this banner. The blending needs a lot of work. I'd stick with one picture banners for now until you have a more... advanced program to work with for better blending. You can really do a lot with one picture banners and make them look absolutely awesome and very professional instead of a less than mediocre blended or cut banner. Again, font and text placement is lacking on this one.
3). Blending needs lots of work. Unfortunately I can't help you with that much, I'm still attempting to further my blending skills. Again, try sticking with one picture banners for a little while and getting really great at them and then move on to blending and cutting. ;] A thin black border would definitely improve this banner, as well as better text placement, a more interesting font and a text color that fits the banner better.
I'm not going to critique the fourth one. :P
Sorry if I was super harsh, I definitely didn't mean it personally. I apologize if I was offensive in any way.

i love the fact that you are not afraid to do more bold things with your banners :) as i think {defenstrated} said, work with one-pic banners, those can look amazing. usually the neon effect isn't that great for banners, and also experiment with your text a bit, using different fonts, placings, rotation, fading, etc. if you want help PM me :) for basically just starting to make banners, you are doing pretty well.
