My trainer is planning on me showing this summer. I would love to show but I've only been to like 2 shows when I was about 10. So nothing fits me. What brands would you reccomend getting as far as quality and the way they are priced?

I have Dublin tall boots and they are really good. I'm not sure about my other stuff but I don't think they are elite brands because I got them at a tack shop near me. I only paid $30 for the jacket. If there is a tack store near you check it out because things might be cheaper.

You could look on local add sites for show clothes. Sorry, I don't really have any brands to recommend. If someone could help me out to,please do!

| Hmmm....Depending on your price range, here are some good brands: Coats: R.J. Classics have some nicee coats(thats what I have) and i love it. its at least 4 years old, and shows no wear, and fits pretty well. Boots: Ovations are like..$140 ariats, the cheapest pair is like $250. Show shirts: Ariat, Devon Aire, Pretty much any brand is good. I suggest getting a long and a short sleved shirt, and make sure you have extra collars. Breeches: I have some dublin ones that are really nice, and thentuff rider..but I only really care for those for schooling =/ Then a no name ones from my friend that I love. Ariats, and T.S. are also super nice, but you;re talking at elast $140 a pair for T.S. and Ariat it depends on the style, but they have some super nice ones too. Anything elseee?

Thank's Jump-The-Jump For the awesome Banner (:

| I don't really know, I'm in the process of having to buy show clothes myself. For boots, Ariats are amazing. They're the only boots that I can wear all day and not get blisters. But they're really expensive.

Thanks guys :) My birthday is in May so hopefully I will get some money then. Although most of the clothes will probably be picked over by then. Oh well. I will work it out some how.

My hunt coat is Grand Prix, my breeches are Ariat Pro Circuit, my show shirt is Coolmax, and my tall boots are Ariat. But if you are on a budget, I suggest getting used show clothes. You can find some really nice ones. If you don't want to get used show clothes, RJ Classic for a hunt coat, a regular tack store brand for breeches, tack store brand for a show shirt, and Devon Aire or Ovation for tall boots would suit you just fine.

I was looking at Devon-Aire Camden boots because I am on a tight budget. They seem like they will work fine. Thanks for the advice guys.

I have Devon-Aire breeches and also Tuff Rider. They are both great for their price. My hunt coat is R.J. Classics. It's amazing. Like seriously. Nothing better. xD It was pretty expensive, though. My boots are Ariat Heritage II. Amazing, but 250 bucks. They take some time getting used to, especially if you are used to riding in synthectic. My gloves are 3 dollars; got 'em from a local place. I wouldn't recommend leather, even though they look better. They've always been too slippery for me. I like the grippers. :]
Rest in Peace, Cal. I love you soo much and I'll never forget you! Thanks for...everything. <3
My sub is running out, so if I disappear, that would be why. :)

As far as coats go ...I just bought a Reed Hill hunt coat. I'd never heard of them before, but I love my coat. I think it's nicer than my RJ Classics "Prestige" coat - the quality of all the details, stitching, hemming, etc, is just marvelous, and it has a really flattering tailored fit. I highly reccomend them. They also make suits for saddleseat. http://www.reedhillltd.com/index.html

Breeches- Devon Aire. I LOVE my breeches, they're cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
Shirt-I believe it's a Devon Aire coat too...I forget actually
Boots-Original Ariat Gold Field Boots
Jacket- I have two. One's a hand-me-down Tailored Sportsman that I LOVE and I have a R.J. Classics coat that's comfy but it just doesn't git me right.

I have a R.J. Classics hunt coat and I love it. I have Ariat Pro-Circuit breeches and they're amazing! I have a Tailored Sportsman CoolMax show shirt, its great in the summer. I have Rectiligne tall boots, they're really comfortable but costly.
