xD oh, I went out to ride soo... :P

Colby's eyes followed Ghost as he trotted around the corral, his tail and head held high. His ears flickered back and forth when he trotted past Colby, unsure of what to think about his presense.

Brooke grabbed a curry comb and started grooming Breeze, working all the caked mud out of her coat. She looked up and smiled at Matt as he lead his horse into a stall, then got back to work on grooming Breeze.

Amy let Ruby relax, and walked out of the barn. Colby's horse happened to catch her eye so, she walked over to the pair of boys. "Hi," She said to Colby, smiling warmly.

Matt smiled back at Brooke warmly, and laid some more bedding in the stallion's stall. He began to stroke Diamond's face and, looked at his Mustang proudly.

ooc:Should we have romance between Amy and Colby and Matt and Brooke?

ooc; yeah, once we get a bit more into the RP :P

"Hey," Colby said, looking over his shoulder at Amy. He flashed her a smile and turned his attention back to Ghost, who had finally came to a halt in the middle of the corral, his sides heaving.

Brooke tossed the curry comb back with her other brushes and grabbed a soft dandy brush. She ran over Breeze's coat with it, flicking off the dust and hair. She crouched down low and carefully ran over the mare's legs.

Amy smiled at Colby. "Ghost," She called. The gelding shied away from her, but she called again. This time Ghost trotted over and almost sniffed her hand. "That's a boy." The sound of her voice spooked Ghost, but he soon walked over. His pretty coat was caked with sweat and Amy longed to get that off him.

Matt grabbed a brush and ran it over his stallion's coat. Diamond turned his face to look at Matt happily. Matt chuckled and gave Diamond a pat on the neck. He continued to brush his horse happily.

"He doesn't seem to mind you," Caleb said, looking from Amy to Ghost. The gelding was now over at the opposite end of the corral, but his eyes remained on Amy.

Brooke carefully brushed Breeze's legs, knowing that she was still sensative and didn't like her legs and hooves being handled. Brooke stood back up and tossed the dandy brush back with her grooming kit before grabbing a hoof pick. "What do you think, Breeze? Should we give it a try?" Brooke said to the mare.

"I know," Amy said. She smiled at Colby and slipped into the corral. "Ghost." Ghost trotted over and sniffed her hand. Amy let him sniff her and after that being done for about ten minutes, Amy was finally able to stroke the gelding on the neck.

Matt looked at Brooke, then returned his eyes to Diamond. His coat was now glistening and Matt put the brushes away. He gave Diamond a pat and let him have his feed.

ooc; sure x]

Caleb watching Amy and Ghost, but frowned when Ghost spooked and took off across the corral. He grabbed a lead rope and let himself inside the corral. If Ghost was going to take off and run away from them, Caleb was going to make him work.

Brooke slowly ran her hand down Breeze's leg, and squeezed her fetlocks. "Good girl," she said when Breeze willingly picked it up.

"Ghost," Amy said soothingly. She walked slowly over to the horse, not making eye contact. Once she was by his side, Amy began to stroke Ghost's neck. Amy then took the lead rope from Colby, but did not attach it to the gelding's halter. Instead, she walked toward Ghost's hindquarters and flung the lead rope at him. He took off at a brisk hand gallop.

Matt happpily brushed Diamond a little bit more.

"Can I have the rope back? I'd like to work with my horse," Colby snapped, not liking the fact that Amy seemed to be getting farther with Ghost than he did.

Brooke picked out all four of Breeze's hooves without a problem. She then attached a lead line to her halter and lead her out of the barn and to the arena to do some groundwork.

Ghost spooked at the sound of Colby's harsh voice. "Easy there boy," Amy said soothingly. She then handed the rope back to Colby, but continued to stand in the corral.

Matt gave Diamond some carrot, then looked up as a truck and trailer came in. He closed the stall door behind him, then walked out of the barn. The driver stopped his rig and got out of the truck. "I assume this is where I drop these horses off?" The man asked Matt. "Yes sir," Matt anwsered. They walked back to the end of the rig and lowered the ramp. Inside were three Mustangs. One a blue roan, one a bay, and one a chestnut.

ooc:I'll post more later.
