The video was a little hard to see because of the light, but i'll try to critique as much as i can. Okay you have nice posture, but there are some minor position problems that are affecting your riding.

1)  Shorten your stirrups about 2 holes. It looks like you are reaching for your stirrpus, which is preventing you from putting your heels down

2) SHORTEN YOUR REINS--pretty self explanitory

3)   You are sitting to far back in the saddle which is causing you to be behind the horse's motion.  Sit more forward in the saddle and try to feel the horses movement.  (esp. when you are cantering).

Fold in your hips a little bit more, at the canter especially, you tend to lean back a lot. When you post up that angle in your hips goes away completely so try to keep it there while posting. Also, I think your elbows need to be closer to your sides and your hands just a little bit higher so they're not so close to the neck. Also, keep that leg underneath you! You have a little bit too much of a chairseat. If you're finding it hard to keep your leg back, do no stirrup work!

You look awkward when your posting. You are behind the horse's motion and not really moving right with him. Quiet your post, and sit more forward in the saddle, and post forward not up. Also, shorten up on your reins, and lower them. They also look to be bopping him in the mouth with every up beat.

Yay! New Banner! Thanks Take Me home! I shall switch on and off with them.

I've only got time for a small critique, but i'll critique what i can.

First of all shorten your stirrups a good two holes, your having to reach for them and it's also causing your foot to fall too far in. When your stirrups are the proper length work on wrapping your legs around the horse rather than sticking them out. Right now your legs look more like a triangle (from him to each foot) rather than molding around the horses body.

Think small soft posts, you're posting rather large. Your leg gets into a pronounced chiar seat when you sit a beat at the trot, then they go straight up and down when you stand up again, that's mainly due to the length of your stirrups but work on keeping them back under you.

At the canter you lean back quite a bit which pushes your leg forward and brings you into a chair seat. Because you're leaning so far back and deep the horse is mistaking that for a slow down aid and breaking. Stand up in your stirrups and sit straight down, that's where your bum should stay. Close your hip angle just a little since your not doing dressage and try playing around with the idea of a half seat if you can.

The reason he's not going straight into the canter when you ask is again because you're leaning so far back and putting pressure on your reins. It almost seems like your using your reins as a tool to help you balance, that's a no no reins help balance him not you. Quiet your hands they've got a tendency to go all over.

I would say something about the horse but it seems like your focusing more on correcting your position now rather than worrying about the full package.

You guys look good, keep working at it. I'm sure we'll see tons of improvment now that you've got a good trainer.
