| Your best bet is probably a second hand store if you have one near you. Also see if anyone at your barn has any gently worn clothes.

Shop Dover sales, and try MillerHarness. Also, go to your tack store and see if they have a gently used clothing section, or a clearence rack.

Look around your area for consignment shops. They offer riding clothes that are gently used as well as brand new clothes for a good price... well, at least the one I go to does. :P Also, ask people at your barn if they have any old riding clothes that are still in good shape that they would be willing to sell to you. They may even give you some for free. :)
