So, I've just gotten back into riding after a 3 month break, and my Two-Point needs some work. I can't really stay up super long, without grabbing mane, or sitting down for a second. I'm pretty sure it's not a leg muscle problem, because I can hold it forever at a walk, standstill, or canter. I only have problems with it at a trot.
Any suggestions/exercises for keeping my balance?

Fake it till you feel it, (ha ha, that's what my orquestra teacher tells us about playing our instrumens.) This means that you can cheat for a while by doing things like holding the mane when you need to. Make it a game by trying to go longer and longer without sitting down or holding mane. It probably wouldn't hurt to do a few leg strengthening excercises for a while also. Pretty soon you'll be as good as you were before you took that break. Good luck!

Dont be afraid to grab mane if you feel yourself slipping. Youre riding at home, not at a show, so noone is going to think less of you because youre trying something to improve your riding. Try standing in your stirrups at a trot too, that really helps with balance. Never think your shouldnt grab mane if it will help you  out Maybe youll just have to grab mane for a while, its like when people are learning are learning to jump and they grab mane so they dont get left behind and catch the horse in the mouth. Just keep trying to trot in two-point, grabbing mane if necessary, and soon youll get it figured out :)

At the walk and canter, stand straight up in the saddle. It's super hard to balance, don't get discouraged if you can't hold it for more than a few strides! Try to hold it all the way around the ring, then sit down, then try it again. Then, hold your reins in one hand, stand up, and reach one hand towards the sky. This makes it a lot harder! I will try and get pics of what I mean tomorrow.

But, I've done that before, and I find it easier than Two-Point xD I guess I can try that trotting tomorrow though. Thanks :)

Another thing- think of your knees as shock absorbers. Let them bend to absorb the horse's up and down motion. You may feel like you are bouncing up and down, but you'll get it after a while. It's the easiest to feel and practice this at the trot, but it is helpful at the canter.

Just two-point every time you ride for several minutes. As soon as you fall down, get right back up again. Things like this take time, good luck! ;)

You just need to practice more. In the two-point position, think heels down and if you can't stay in that position grab mane. It's fine to grab mane. And also make sure your lower leg isn't slipping back cause that will make you fall on your horse's neck.
