my friend does it... i was like *wide eyes* "WHAT DE HECK?!" lol, i love saying "de" instead of "the" XD dont judge me...

yep, I've vaulted at camp. It is definetly harder than other disciplines, you have to have a lot of upper-body and core strength... which I didn't back then. I was a short fattie, and I failed at it.
