I just did something I haven't done in years.

I rode Gussers. Bareback.

And...it was awesome.

I just got reminded about how much I love my baby boy.

And then I read todays FHOTD post, and I started crying. My baby is old.

uhh i have just gotten home from a insane 2 days from getting a sppeding ticket when i wasnt speeding last time i chcked 3 miles over ( it was a 45 i was going 48) wasnt grounds 4 a ticket but hidding a ticket party the past 2 nights ummm friends funn and getting clothes now and running out the door to another party !! ttull x00x00x

Ahhhh! The show was amazing today. Me and Reggie got a 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th and reserve champion out of 15 people!

I'm baaack.

We went to dinner and then to the store real quick and then to the race track. It was pretty awesome. We only stayed for two races though, since it was kind of late and they take a long time between races. The first one was a pretty long one, and we picked number eight to win and he did. XD
So the next race my Dad picked number nine to win, so we decided we'd do a bet, since we were there and yeah. XD So then my Dad acidently picked number eight instead, LOL, so he went back and did another one on number nine. And then that race was awesome. It was really fast. Number nine came out of no where and won, but it was a photo fnish with number ten. [[who's name was "I Run Real Fast." XDDD] and Number nine won! And then number eight was third! LOL, so we won with both. XD So we got like...uh...22 dollars between the two. XD
Then we left and stopped and to get ice cream.

I lunged/rode the beast.. He was super on the lunge.. his canter is getting so uphill, it's awesome. Then we barebacked around, and did some poles and stuff. He was fine, but his left hock needs to be injected again, so he was a wee bit fussy to the right.. No biggy though =]
After I washed his legs with his purplepower, we did a little obstacle course to get him a little more comfortable with some stuff. He WAS SO GOOD haha. He would go up to an object, completely freak, right away drop his head down and start eating, jerk his head up again, throw his nose at the object, take a bite, and snort. He's so special.

Rolex isn't my thing anymore... I keep on missing it!!! Maybe it's not to be.

I spent a good 3 hours playing with Sassy today. I free-lunged her a couple times, gave her an AMAZING bath (shampoo...everything).

I thought for a little while she didn't like me that much, but now I know we have a stronger bond than I thought,

I rode today =D I didn't have her halter on or anything, just me and her. It was awesome. I could say soo much more

Is itnice where you're at? Right here it's REALLY windy and probably to cold to give Cinnamon a bath :( But she really needs one seems how she rolled in the pond yesterday.

I was there at around 11, so at that time it was nice with a little wind. Somehow I managed to time it so right when she was fully dry, it started to rain =p

You would think a horse rolling in water would be a good thing, but then it back-fires...

Oh I see. I should have went out and gave Cinnamon a bath...

Haha that would stink. =P

How warm out was it when you bathed her? I'm trying to figure out when would be a good day to bath Cinnamon. I have a blanket the I could put on her and also a stall to lock her in.

Hmmm I think it was about 68 degrees with wind, but when it was just the sun, it felt like 75. (I'm just guessing) If you have a cooler and a place to put her after you should be okay. Not tomorrow, it's supposed to be 58.

Okay today I was sitting on the bucket of sweet feed, and sassy figured out that it was in there. So she started nudging me off, then she thought if the bucket fell, sweet feed would come out. (there was a lid on it) so she knocked it over, and started kicking at it.
I was just like... dork

Awwww haha.

One time Cinnamon followed me into the feed room and she found the supplements and she accidentally nocked one over and it made the sound of grain falling so she starts pushing it around trying to figure out how to open it =P

Haha curiosity killed the feed buckets xD

Haha yea.

I'm saprised the stupied plastic bucket the supplement is in didn't break when it fell off the shelf =P

So, I started leasing Jitterbug today! She was an absolute ANGEL for me! When I went to catch her though, she ran a away for a bit, but I managed to get her. Eww, she has all this scurf underneath her mane, it's disgusting. So anyways, when I got to the arena, she was really good. I just out the mounting block beside her, got on it, gave her a pat, then mounted. She was perfect. She just stood there, she didn't trot of or anything! So, in our warm up we worked over poles, worked on changes of direction, halts, circles, figure eights... anything. So, after wamring up, me and Jitterbug did some trotting, and again, keeping it interesting with halts, circles and what not, and lots of transitions. After that, we jumped for a bit. The black plank jump, just 4 times, 2 each way. The 3rd time was out best though, she barely knocked the jump, just a little nick. So after we cooled out and I put her back out. SO yea... I had fun =] The weather was nice and we rode outside, but it started spitting for about 5 minutes in the middle of my ride.
