| Many of my buddies in 4-H show Arabs in Costume. I think i've done it once or twice, but i'm not sure, lol.

Not exactly. Its most often found in the Arab circuit and its a specific show/class where you dress in a native costume of your horses breed. The costumes are generally very extravagant.
