Sox is so mean to other horses. He hates them. How do I fix this problem?

*This is Aurora*

Well, it sounds like he is just trying to be dominant, or the 'leader' in the group. He acts agressively to get the respect of the horses around them, most likley. Sorry to say there isn't much you can do about it, unless you are around/on him and he starts kicking out/bitting, where you can shout "NO!" or slap him on the shoulder.

My horse is that way too! You really can't do anything but seperate them if that is an option.

EVERY TIME I RIDE: I'm proud to wear my helmet. If you're proud to wear yours too, put this in your signature.

Every time I ride, I think of my horse before me, if you do to, copy and paste this into your signature!

I don't think you should seperate him.  It's just what horses do. Some are dominant while some aren't. You shouldn't do anything to try to fix it, cus there's no way. But if he does that while you are on him, like what aurora(sp) said, just smack him and say no :)

Bridgett. ;]

Thx. *Clip~Clop* for my friggin awesome banner. xD

horse have a pecking order. Sox is most likely the leader of that order in his paddock. i would suggest seperating them if it doesn't stop.

we had that problem when we got indie, spicy (oops sorry i mean scout and diablo i have little pet names for them!lol) was really aggresive word of advice:dont seprerate them that makes it worse when you put them back together just let them fight and soon enough they will have the whole dominance/pecking order thing figured out

Copy and paste this if you have ever pushed a door that says pull!
